Prosthetics (All-on-4 & All-on-6)
If you’re missing several teeth in a row, dentists usually offer two main options: removable or fixed dental prosthetics. One of the most reliable—but also more expensive—solutions is the All-on-4 or All-on-6 system.
With this method, 4 or 6 dental implants are placed in one jaw, supporting a full arch of fixed teeth. It’s a popular choice for people who want a permanent solution that looks and feels close to natural teeth.

Below are the current prices for All-on-4 and All-on-6 packages in Vietnam. Costs vary depending on the implant brand, materials used, and warranty.

Crowns
Different types of dental crowns are used for different teeth. Molars usually require strong, highly durable crowns that can handle heavy chewing, while front teeth need more aesthetic, natural-looking options.
After a consultation and X-ray, your dentist will recommend the most suitable crown based on tooth location, bite pressure, and cosmetic expectations.

Braces
If you’re considering getting braces in Vietnam, there are two important things to keep in mind:
- You’ll usually need to stay in Vietnam for the full treatment period, as braces require monthly adjustment visits.
- Alternatively, check with an orthodontist in your home country before starting treatment to confirm whether they’re willing to continue adjustments after the braces are installed abroad.

The cost of braces depends on several factors: severity of misalignment, country of origin, and type of system (metal, ceramic, self-ligating, etc.).
| Alignment Issue | Treatment Time | Country | Metal Braces | Ligature Ceramic | Self-Ligating Ceramic |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1–2 mm | 6–12 months | Korea | 20M VND ($800) | 24M VND ($960) | 34M VND ($1,360) |

My Experience With Dental Clinics in Vietnam
I’ve been to two dental clinics in Da Nang:
- Picasso — Slightly more expensive, but the dentists speak excellent English. The quality is very high; my fillings are still holding up perfectly after more than a year.
- Orient — More affordable and closer to where I live. They also have English-speaking staff and lower prices.
👉 If you mention my name (Marat) at Orient Dental Clinic, you’ll get 10% off all services.
I found both clinics through Google Maps reviews. In both cases, the procedures were completely painless, and my fillings are still in great condition.
For comparison, I also visited a dental clinic in Bangkok, again chosen based on online reviews. Unfortunately, the experience there was less pleasant. I felt pain during the procedure, and my gums started bleeding after a routine cleaning. Maybe I just chose the wrong clinic, but the fact remains: dental care in Thailand was more expensive (a cleaning cost me $40) and felt less professional than what I experienced in Vietnam.

Now, every time I fly into Vietnam, one of the first things I do is book a cleaning and check-up. I highly recommend it — it’s a great way to combine a vacation with something good for your health.
